Welcome to Markos Management. By booking, using our services, or accessing any of our managed properties, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all guests, clients, and users of our services.

 2.⁠ ⁠Services

Markos Management provides property management services, including but not limited to:

Short-term rental management

Guest communication and support

Booking coordination

Property maintenance and housekeeping coordination

 3.⁠ ⁠Bookings & Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Guests must provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.

Markos Management reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 4.⁠ ⁠Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required to confirm a booking.

Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

 5.⁠ ⁠Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies vary depending on the platform or agreement used (e.g., direct booking, third-party platforms).

Refund eligibility will follow the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking.

No-shows or early departures may not be eligible for refunds.

 6.⁠ ⁠Check-in & Check-out

Check-in and check-out times must be strictly followed unless otherwise agreed.

Late check-out or early check-in may incur additional fees.

Guests must follow the provided instructions for property access.

 7.⁠ ⁠Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Treat the property with care and respect

Follow all house rules provided prior to or during the stay

Maintain cleanliness during occupancy

Avoid excessive noise or disturbance to neighbors

Not exceed the maximum occupancy of the property

 8.⁠ ⁠Damages & Security

Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.

Markos Management reserves the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or extra cleaning if necessary.

A security deposit may be required and will be refunded subject to inspection.

 9.⁠ ⁠Use of Property

Properties are to be used for residential purposes only unless otherwise agreed.

Parties, events, or commercial activities are prohibited unless explicitly approved.

Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

10.⁠ ⁠Liability Disclaimer

Markos Management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay.

Guests use the property and its amenities at their own risk.

11.⁠ ⁠Force Majeure

Markos Management shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical failures.

12.⁠ ⁠Third-Party Platforms

For bookings made through third-party platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia), their respective terms and policies may also apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions.

13.⁠ ⁠Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during bookings or inquiries will be used solely for operational and communication purposes and will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.

14.⁠ ⁠Amendments

Markos Management reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

15.⁠ ⁠Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where the property is located.
